La Grange is an enchanting stone farmhouse dating from the 18th century with metre thick walls of honey coloured stone and massive ceiling timbers. It is set in 2 acres of its own grounds with outbuildings and a secluded pool.

Close to the amenities of the village of Payrac, it is situated on a hill in the tiny hamlet of  Serres with beautiful views of rolling countryside, meadows and woodland with a nearby stream.

The house was totally restored in 2004. The large kitchen on the ground floor was once home to cattle. The bedroom area was a barn and hayloft. The attic above the living room was used for drying tobacco.

Many of the old character features are retained while providing all the modern comforts.
